Columbine Caregivers Elder Services in Western Colorado Include:

PERSONAL HOME CARE:

Personal grooming, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping on a maintenance level, meal preparation and other home care needs as defined by our clients.. 

MEDICAL HOME HEALTH CARE

Columbine Caregivers is licensed by the State of Colorado to provide both personal care and medical (some times referred to as skilled) care.

SHORT & LONG TERM ELDER CARE:

We provide respite short term home care for family or indefinite home care as needed for seniors in Western Colorado.  We tailor home care services to our client's needs.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT:

We can assist with our client's medication use; monitoring to assure they receive the physician prescribed medications.

ERRANDS & TRANSPORTATION:

Package mailing, gift buying, grocery shopping, and dry cleaning pick-up or drop-off can be completed by Columbine Caregivers.  We can provide transportation to doctor appointments, beauty salon, lunch or an outing in the Grand Junction area (some restrictions apply).

GERIATRIC SOCIAL WORKER:

Our Social Worker is available to provide a Psychosocial Assessment of clients who feel they may benefit from a licensed social worker's assistance with identifying senior citizen needs.

Rates

Rates will vary depending on the needs of the senior.  Because it is difficult to complete an accurate telephone assessment of a prospective client's needs, we offer FREE IN HOME CONSULTATIONS to Grand Junction area senior citizens and their families.
